A separate strike in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of northern Gaza resulted in the death of a senior figure from an armed group linked to Fatah. The Israeli military has not commented on these incidents.
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, at least 680 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire since a ceasefire took effect in October. In the same period, Israel has reported four soldiers killed.
Drone strikes in Gaza City’s Zeitoun neighborhood recently killed at least three Palestinians and injured others. Since October 2023, over 72,000 Palestinians have reportedly been killed in Gaza, with independent researchers suggesting the actual number might be higher.
