Recent reports indicate that Israeli forces have carried out operations across the Gaza Strip, resulting in multiple injuries among Palestinian civilians. These actions include air and artillery strikes, in addition to gunfire incidents reported in various regions of the enclave.
Medical sources have confirmed injuries from Israeli drone fire in the Zeitoun neighborhood in southern Gaza City. In the southern area of al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis, additional injuries were reported, including those of a young girl.
Further injuries occurred in areas where Israeli forces were anticipated to have withdrawn, as stipulated by the ceasefire agreement. Medics at al-Ahli Arab Hospital in eastern Gaza City reported three injuries due to Israeli gunfire near Netzarim, south of the city. An Israeli drone was reportedly involved in the incident, according to eyewitnesses.
At Nasser Medical Complex, two more injuries were confirmed in al-Mawasi. In central Gaza, a Palestinian man sustained a serious head injury from gunfire in Deir el-Balah, according to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

The Israeli military conducted airstrikes on structures in Rafah, while artillery fire was directed at areas east of Jabalia and the Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City. Helicopter gunfire occurred near the Bureij refugee camp, and Israeli naval forces targeted the coast of Khan Younis.
These military actions coincide with the establishment of a 15-member Palestinian technocratic committee, backed by the United States, to oversee public services in Gaza. However, the committee faces significant challenges, including operational and financial uncertainties, and potential obstruction by Israeli authorities.
Palestinian officials have accused Israel of repeatedly violating the ceasefire, which was brokered by the United States and took effect on October 10. Since then, more than 460 Palestinians have been killed and over 1,200 wounded. Additionally, Israel continues to impose restrictions on the entry of essential supplies into Gaza, exacerbating humanitarian needs among the 2.2 million residents.
Israeli military data suggests that the country maintains control over large portions of Gaza, despite claims of effective occupation of the entire territory. Since October 7, 2023, the conflict has resulted in over 71,000 Palestinian casualties, predominantly women and children, and has devastated approximately 90 percent of civilian infrastructure. The United Nations estimates reconstruction costs at $50 billion.
