Eritrean rider Biniam Girmay has been announced as the team's leading cyclist. Andres Iniesta, co-founder of Never Say Never and a notable figure in football, was also present at the rebranding event.
Kjell Carlström will continue as the general manager of the cycling team. The team's rebranding and relocation follow incidents during the Spanish Vuelta, where protests led to disruptions due to the previous Israeli association of the team.
