Survey Findings on US Presidential Approval Ratings
The latest findings from a survey conducted by The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research indicate increased support among adults in the United States for President Donald Trump's management of the conflict in Israel, following his role in brokering a ceasefire deal in Gaza. However, his approval ratings on domestic issues remain unchanged.
The poll was conducted from Tue, Oct 9, 2018, to Sat, Oct 13, 2018. A total of 1,289 adults participated, providing a representative sample of the U.S. population. The survey utilized NORC’s probability-based AmeriSpeak Panel. The margin of sampling error is ±3.8 percentage points.
Approximately 40% of U.S. adults approve of President Trump's overall job performance, which remains consistent with previous findings from September. Despite the positive reception of his international efforts, similar approval ratings have not been observed regarding his handling of domestic issues such as the economy, healthcare, and immigration.
The poll was conducted from Tue, Oct 9, 2018, to Sat, Oct 13, 2018.
President Trump continues to face significant challenges within the United States, including an ongoing government shutdown in its third week, persistent high prices affecting many Americans, and numerous healthcare-related issues such as cuts and hospital closures.
