Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that individuals choosing to stay would be classified as "terrorists and terror supporters." The ongoing military actions have significantly impacted Gaza City, resulting in substantial casualties and extensive destruction of infrastructure.

A child was reportedly killed by Israeli drone fire in the Ansar area of Gaza City. Medical sources report nine fatalities and 13 injuries following an airstrike targeting displaced individuals in central Gaza. An airstrike in the al-Bureij refugee camp resulted in the deaths of a Palestinian man and his wife. Additional drone attacks have caused casualties and injuries in areas such as Deir el-Balah and the al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis.

The escalating conflict has led the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to temporarily halt operations in Gaza City. The organization intends to continue supporting civilians from its offices in Deir el-Balah and Rafah, which remain operational.

Additionally, the NGO Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has suspended its activities in the region.

The Gaza Government Media Office announced the closure of al-Rashid Street by the Israeli military, affecting civilian mobility between governorates.

As hostilities continue, Hamas is considering a ceasefire proposal from the United States aimed at concluding the ongoing conflict.
